SAFETY

We specialise in individual pet boarding and prioritise the safety and consideration of each animal. With secure, purpose designed and built accomodation, you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is in good hands.

CARE

Quality care for your pet is the core of a positive boarding experience. Our staff are trained to assess the personality and needs of each pet to accomodate accordingly. That’s why each day starts with a health and wellbeing check-in for every animal.

ENCLOSURES

We provide boarding for a variety of small pets including rabbits, guinea pigs, fish, reptiles, birds, and more. We have a limited number of small pet enclosures better suited for animals such as rabbits – so bringing your own small enclosure from home is encouraged. However, for chickens, geese, and ducks we have a lovely large aviary.

SAFTEY AND SECURITY

Each animal is monitored closely health-wise, all eating / drinking habits and thoroughly noted as well as other health and behavior indicators so that we keep a good record of the animal’s health during its stay. We prioritise the safety of your pets by providing them with their own spacious individual enclosures. Animals from the same family are welcome to board together.

CARE AND CONSIDERATION

To help us provide the best quality of care for your pet, it is important for guests to inform us of any and all details we need to consider during your pet’s stay. This includes if your pet has any health conditions, disabilities, behaviour issues, allergies, phobias (e.g. storms/thunder).
