We specialise in individual dog boarding and prioritise the safety and consideration of each dog. With secure, purpose designed and built accomodation, you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is in good hands.

CARE

Quality care for your pet is the core of a positive boarding experience. Our staff are trained to assess the personality and needs of each pet to accomodate accordingly. That’s why each day starts with a health and wellbeing check-in for every animal.

What we offer

Austral Pets dog boarding aims to provide a smooth transition from your pet’s home to their boarding accomodation – that’s why all you need to bring to your booking is yourself and your pet, with the rest taken care of. We provide a variety of food for your pet to enjoy while staying with us. Bedding, blankets, pillows, and toys comes all inclusive in your boarding booking.

PRIVATE BOARDING

Each dog has their own private and secure boarding area. To ensure the safety of your pet, we never mix dogs from different families – unless specifically requested such as when booking a Doggy Playdate.

EXERCISE AND PLAYTIME

The best way to help your pet settle in to a new environment is with plenty of room to exercise and play. Each dog gets one-on-one play/exercise time twice daily, with a large grass yard to explore and plenty of toys to play with. Additional playtime and walks can be added to your booking for especially energetic dogs.

CARE AND CONSIDERATION

To help us provide the best quality of care for your pet, it is important for guests to inform us of any and all details we need to consider during your pet’s stay. This includes if your dog has any health conditions, disabilities, behaviour issues, allergies, phobias (e.g. storms/thunder).

Premium Dog Kennels

Food provided includes kibble, canned food, raw chicken, dog roll, and rice & mince made fresh. You can mix and match to decide what your dog eats during their stay. Specialty diets (or pick eaters) are encouraged to bring their own food sealed and labelled for us to provide your dog while boarding.

Our spacious grass play yard is perfect for exercise and playtime! Dogs are exercised individually so each pet gets plenty of one-on-one time with a kennel hand to ensure every dog gets personal attention. No need to bring along any toys as they are provided.

Bedding, pillows, and blankets are provided to ensure maximum comfort for your pet. Each dog has their own bed with the bedding changed daily

The daily rate is based on each calendar day. The facility is closed for check-ins/outs Sundays and NSW Public Holidays. The facility is staffed 7 days a week 365 days a year.

Just had my pup stay at Austral Pets and I’m blown away by how well he was taken care of. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the facilities were clean and spacious, and the extra services they offer (like feeding and grooming) were a huge bonus.
